because of companies feeling the need to plant obligatory man in women's ads?

There also seems to be a new trend for ultra casual looking women with obligatory man princessed to the max in contrast. What's that about?

Nope, you’ve lost me...

TheInebriati · 14/05/2019 21:51

I stopped being a consumer decades ago. Its just not compatible with feminism. I only buy what I need and can't produce, and I'm very careful where I buy from.

picklemepopcorn · 14/05/2019 21:59

I've stopped buying, too.
Consumerism and marketing paints none of us in a good light.

Wauden · 14/05/2019 22:02

Sorry, don't understand the question or context.

OhHolyJesus · 14/05/2019 22:06

There was a weird Instagram hair dye ad with a man on. Don't need hair dye but I've put them on my no list.

Boots also.

Ocado can fuck off too.

I don't buy any magazines any more.

I don't buy birds eye fishfingers anyway.

TheInebriati · 14/05/2019 22:10

I saw that Instagram ad, I can't remember the brand off hand but the comments were full of angry women.

RiddleyW · 14/05/2019 22:12

Can you post an example ad?

Genderfreelass · 14/05/2019 22:13

We avoid consumerism as much as possible.

llangennith · 14/05/2019 22:16

I don't buy anything. We live off fresh air and run around naked.

RiddleyW · 14/05/2019 22:20

We live off fresh air

You capitalist pig dog, I recycle my own air within my body. Nobody needs their air to be fresh, you’ve bought into the hype.

ubiquitousness · 14/05/2019 22:23

I’m confused ? What is a “woman’s ad”? What does “ plant obligatory man in women’s ads” mean?

You don’t want men in ur ads ?
