Just had my first opportunity, since I started absorbing this topic, to fill in a form on a local government consultation. When asked what gender I was I asked to self describe.
"My sex is female. Please define how you are ascribing gender which is a social construct"
Doubt it'll make much difference but it's all I've been brave enough to do yet
