It’s not good. Still misinterpreting Equality Act and showing disregard for women and girls.

People think that the gender reassignment provision means that someone undergoing gender reassignment (but without a GRC) should be treated as a woman but as this case states - www.casemine.com/judgement/uk/5a8ff7bb60d03e7f57eb1a1f - the person's sex is male so therefore the question is, is a man who is undergoing gender reassignment being treated less favourably than another man who is not undergoing gender reassignment - not is he being treated less favourably than a woman. It's applying the wrong test.
