Not sure if this has been discussed already so apologies if it has.
Taylor Swift donates £86,000 to Tennessee LGBT group

I admit I've not been following this board much since Christmas so am not up to date with what's happening in general lately.

The bit that struck me is about the bill of which "The proposal states that a diagnosis of gender dysphoria, gender confusion, or similar is not a defence of indecent exposure.
Some campaigners argue that would mean transgender people will be restricted in what facilities they can use."

I'm struggling to see how there's any plausible defence for indecent exposure not matter what the person's sexual or gender preferences. Am I missing something??

The headline about the donation seems to refer to a place of worship so not related to the bill as such anyway. Confused.

I presume it is because a male who identifies as female changing in female facilities may reveal their private parts and be ejected on the basis of indecent exposure. This is an infringement of the rights of trans people to change where they want to.

The distinction I presume is that the Trans feminine person won't be meaning to intimidate with their lady penis, whereas the nasty flasher man also getting naked, will.

How anyone is meant to tell the difference is probably something to do with clown fish and wizards.

"One would ban gay marriage, while another would change the rules around indecent exposure to include single-sex public places like toilets and gym showers.

The proposal states that a diagnosis of gender dysphoria, gender confusion, or similar is not a defence of indecent exposure"

if they were single sex spaces there would be no problem
