So this is the latest message to intimidate after their idea to compile a list of gc women

This is how I understand it. Happy to be corrected if I'm wrong.

Hayden made a big hoo-ha that they were suing MN and were going to bring the site down.

We don't know exactly what was issued to court, but the upshot was that Hayden was granted an uncontested court order for MN to hand over the personal details they held on a single MN user. MN stated that had that user asked, MN would have contested the application so we have to assume that the user was happy with whatever information was held being disclosed.

I believe MN complied with the order and gave Hayden the information that they held on the user.

Whilst it wasn't the information that the user posted on this thread (which was subsequently deleted but not before screenshots of it were posted all over the web) there is no way of knowing if the information held by MN and given to Hayden is sufficient to identify the user.

There is no onus on MN to verify the information supplied by any user of the site when they sign up. MN are not responsible for content posted by users.

Now that MN have complied with the court order and supplied the information, their part in this is over. Hayden has no further recourse against them. Hayden may, if the info provided WAS sufficient to identify them, choose to pursue further legal remedy against the user as an individual.

Hayden has, as usual, huffed and puffed and blown the house down. Problem is, it seems to be Hayden's own house that was made of straw........

I cringe at the hubris.

And also frown at the stance on self id. Surely anyone trans is self id-ing? It's just how they get a stamp from the state, not whether.

Hayden has released an update and statement "for immediate release. Hope it's readable or that someone has a better screenshot.

In short: indignation, and pearl clutching ...... will consider next steps.

If that's true, I said below that I thought Hayden got the GRC in May 2018 and so it maybe came from that, either directly or indirectly.

In which case we are all entitled to ask to see the Birth Certificate of any person concerned, whenever necessary, since the sole purpose of obtaining a GRC is to then obtain a revised Birth Certificate with a change of the sex reference, as indication of the Legal Fiction created by the GRA 2004.

[For the record, Driving Licence and / or Passport are not sufficient evidence of the possession of a GRC since both of these did not require a GRC as evidence. It is only recently that passports have changed rules where the Birth Certificate is required to change Passport after initial Passport issued. Only the Birth Certificate is reliable current evidence.]

Despite all that, any male with a GRC is still permitted to be excluded from female only spaces, services, etc, since it is acknowledged by the GRA 2004 that no human can actually change their sex and that the GRC is a Legal Fiction.

JackyHolyoake SH has made no secret of the fact they obtained their GRC abroad where requirements are not so onerous, hence the discrepancies in timing by British standards.
