(Sorry it's DM, really sorry, but open the article for the photos..)

This has fucked me off no end. Hurt feelings?! Women who have horrific births, left with injuries and PTSD get less bloody response from hospitals than this fucker. Perhaps if birthing women identify as trans hospitals will pay them attention.

Talk about wasting NHS time and resources.

Male entitlement shining brightly.

Wow -34?? Confused

BernardBlacksWineIcelolly · 07/04/2019 21:22

how sexist to believe that wearing lingerie in public, having on make up and long hair mean that people will automatically recognise you as a woman despite your male body. imagine believing that's all a woman is - how offensive.

sackrifice · 07/04/2019 21:24

No shit you are not accepting comments Daily Mail.

Mammyloveswine · 07/04/2019 21:28

Why the fuck were they wearing an ann summers sexy Santa outfit and stockings to waltz about in public?? Good lord! Id find this inappropriate for a biological woman let alone an early transitioning "woman".

FriarTuck · 07/04/2019 21:31

Wearing an Ann Summers Mrs Claus outfit to visit someone in hospital? That sounds appropriate.....

Redshoeblueshoe · 07/04/2019 21:33

34 ? Pull the other one

SavoyCabbage · 07/04/2019 21:34

To spread some cheer apparently.

Susanna30 · 07/04/2019 21:34

'Mistaken for a man'.... ok. The pictures very, very clearly show a man. An adult male human. No apology was necessary.

There was no mistake made.

SpreadsheetQueen · 07/04/2019 21:43

Daily Mail might not be allowing comments, but local paper link on Facebook has quite a few! I can't figure out how to do the link, but it's Devon Live Facebook feed, 5/4 19:30. Appears most people feel the same way...

FerdinandAndHisMassiveBalls · 08/04/2019 00:23

They've opened the comments up.

But they have now apologised and said they are keen to speak to Chantelle to see if they can 'explore how we can resolve any remaining issues she has'

They don't have that kind of time...

It doesnt matter if he's 34 we will fight for his right to identify as 34. It is symbolic of our struggle against opression.

S1naidSucks · 08/04/2019 00:33

FerdinandAndHisMassiveBalls

🤣

nicenewdusters · 08/04/2019 00:44

Sounds more like the pantomime Dame than Mrs Claus.

I like the way it's said the nurse "believed" she was a man. No, her brain told her you were a man because that's what her eyes saw. It's an evolutionary trait, to distinguish between biological sex. No polyester outfit from Ann Summers and pornyfied hair and make up can over ride eons of evolution.

FerdinandAndHisMassiveBalls · 08/04/2019 01:03

If I saw a man wearing a stupid outfit like that Id assume he was dressing up as a laugh to visit a friend

I wouldn't think "woman" because women dont wear lingerie to the hospital.

Ringsender2 · 08/04/2019 01:15

Have you seen the link in the article? I really have no words.
www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6894599/When-man-called-Mark-locked-threatening-kill-mother-child.html

Surely this shit should be legally challenged?

nicenewdusters · 08/04/2019 01:17

I don't think the apology matters to these people at all. I think they get off on the fact that the story appears to validate their claim that they are female, and that an actual adult human female is going to be in trouble because of this.

Plus of course they get a couple of selfies printed, along with the equally ridiculous identifying as being 34.

So when health professionals see an obvious adult male wearing highly sexualised seasonal fancy dress, they are supposed to treat as ‘female’ are they? Ignore that fact he is male and treat as female, purely on the basis of the presence of frilly undies?

Jesus Christ on a f*ing unicycle. How many times have we seen press reports on desperate families asking for hospitals to recognise and apologise for medical negligence, and they’re grovelling in front of individuals like this.

abno · 08/04/2019 05:51

Humber exactly. I agree with all the other points too, but it's this that I find the most I silting.

I'm in a support group for women who suffered birth trauma. It's HORRIFYING what some of the women went through as a direct result of their biological sex and yet they basically have to beg for an apology - ONE apology. And that's only women who have been treated badly in birth. What about the vaginal mesh that was used despite being banned in other countries. Are those women all getting double apologies for the very real physical pain many are in? I could go on.

The only time being a woman gives you any protection or rights is if you a man.

I shudder to think of that man wearing a costume like these at a hospital...the world has gone mad!

internetpersonme · 08/04/2019 06:32

The only apology should be to the patients on the ward who had someone with a penis come in wearing underwear. Where the hell was security
