I don't know if this has been posted already, but the article mentions a rise of over 1000% of children presenting at GIC's.
Co-morbidities aren't treated, until after desistance, when you would hope it would be the other way round!

Wow that graph is shocking! I have read a lot on here about US and Canada so this is useful to see, but nevertheless really depressing to see. All these girls and young women. What is going on!

That might reflect the numbers for boys and girls taken together and averaged, but if you're looking only at girls, the graph doesn't look so different to the 4000% increase in annual referrals for UK girls to gender clinics (since 2009/10).

Yes, that graph does indeed look remarkably similar to the one for the UK.

Also if small numbers to start with... Say 10....then 4000% increase would be 410

Sounds more than it is and could be just way it is reported.
