Just needed a rant!!

Saw my male FB friend (ex army) had posted about the video where the paras were firing at a picture of Corbyn - a woman (also ex army I believe) had responded stating she finds the video cringey and THIS is what she gets back!! AIBU to be fuming? Just no need He's now in a senior role in a well-known company, would hate to be female and working for him!

It's sexist crap obviously but.. I don't think you can make assumptions about how he treats female employees from one joke in poor taste to a friend.

IME, many of the worst misogynists are woke blokes who wouldn't be caught dead making a sexist 'joke' like this, whereas some much less PC men can actually be better as treating women as equals in the workplace.

Your maybe right about that. I just get the rage when men feel it's ok to throw in a period comment just because they're disagreed with

Well it also shows a typically male ignorance seeing as women who do suffer from pmt will experience the symptoms before their period, not when they're on it.

Though I would agree that the grouping on the target looked pretty appalling.
