Help find post about gender identity from autistic poster!

It was a very eloquent post from a poster whose name was mainly numbers. She explained her view of how autistic teens could be more likely to be gender non conforming or to believe they are trans.

There was discussion of posting it on twitter as she explained it so well. I thought I'd saved it, and wanted to use her argument in discussion with my autistic trans identifying teen.
