Just joined the Minerva group at work. Main aim is as a global network to address diversity, inclusion, gender balance.
It is a newly started group, and are setting up a terms of reference.
As a member I am keen to ensure that they don’t fall into the gender clap trap meaningless terminologies (similar to Stonewall).
So. Does MNs have a good source of terms of reference that will hopefully help to reset the narrative.
