Can’t help thinking it is better all round to run a business with flexible working and reward based on contribution not presenteeism , but dliberatly focussing on periods feels like it will cause more problems than it solves
Periods, off days, mental health / stressed out days , family caring problems ..most of these benefit from the working patterns suggested but only one uniquely affect women . Men in particular would benefit from taking greater care over mental health but tackling that stigma in this way is still unmentioned which is bad for women as well as men
