The harassment of /discrimination against gender critical feminists

Not got much time so this will be brief. My view (whilst as yet untested in the courts) is that GC feminism may well be a protected philosophical belief. It would seem arguably to fit the tests in Grainger v Nicolson 2009 as did a recent case where belief in Scottish independence was deemed a protected philosophical belief.

Yet I am seeing so often in comments on social media and other platforms by people in roles covered by the Equality Act (such as work, services to the public, education, trade unions etc) comments and decisions which would amount to harassment and discrimination on the grounds of belief.

This needs calling out. So any thoughts on how?

I haven’t got any ideas, but I am happy to sign up to the religion of reality and fact.
