Went onto The Times. Big surprise- the trans unit was a bit of hooey. Although prison staffing is stretched, transwomen are still allowed to mix with women prisoners, but have someone with each criminal ‘all the time’. What do you think the likelihood is that they can manage to get time alone to attack women?

When they brought out the GRCs they should have just been honest. “We’re throwing women’s and girl’s protections out of the window. And you won’t be able to do anything about it, because the men attacking you will also be women, with all of the rights but none of the shitwork”.

Have you got a share token?

Are other male sex offenders allowed escorted time with women prisoners?

Of course not. Because that would be insane.

So what exactly is the difference between those prisoners and male prisoners without GRCs that makes it all perfectly ok?

How is this not discrimination against other male sex offenders who probably are also very sad about not being allowed to be with females just like the ones they offended against?

What makes the wishes of these male prisoners more important than the wishes of female prisoners not to be forcibly subjected to the presence of sex offenders?

And I'll say again, for the record, considering a tiny, tiny amount of rapes ever even make it to court never mind end in a sentence because the law is so stacked against women, a convicted category A sex offender has done something utterly bloody vile and probably to multiple victims. How do women feel about being used for his benefit?

I know. I'm pretending this is a country where laws actually mean something instead of being a polite cover over politically created reality, where women still exist, where women are humans with equal right to privacy, dignity and respect to people with penises, and there's such a thing as fairness, honesty and sanity in government.

I'm rapidly becoming politicianphobic.

This is horrific. It is only a matter of time before someone else is assaulted if it hasn’t happened already. Why do these women’s lives matter so little to those in charge?

WeRiseUp · 17/03/2019 11:04

It is inumane and unreasonable to have women going to a chapel (where they meet their private, spiritual needs), the gym (where they may feel self conscious taking exercise) and the library (where they will be meeting their private intellectual needs), where they will be leered at by perverted, threatening sex offenders.

Clearly sex offenders should have their GRC revoked if this legal lie is turning locked up women into non-consenting, living porn for these fucked-up perverted creeps.

Don't worry. As soon as they realise what's happening, they'll be able to transition too.

After all, 'acceptance without exception'.

Mixed gym sessions then - where do they change clothing & shower? Hope to God not together.

Quite besides the whole men vs women thing is that jails were divided into offence levels to protect the weakest from the most violent. So men who haven’t done terroble crimes are protected from these b***s but weak women are fair game?

Write to your MP everybody. Then write to them again. And again.

Even if they never reply it creates a paper trail for the now inevitable public enquiry.
