DM and Ladies' Day

The Daily Mail love ladies' day at the races so much that they now put a double page spread of photos on during the Cheltenham festival as well as Aintree and Ascot.
Hurrah, 3 opportunities to point and laugh at women wearing most vulgar outfits the DM photographer could find. They would have had to work reasonably hard at a traditionally more conservative event on a cold windy day but thank goodness they managed it and didn't have to resort to printing a picture of the actual winner of the best dressed lady competition. They did unfortunately have to have a photo of someone looking great in a rather elegant grey and yellow tailored trouser suit with a striking but tasteful hat, but luckily the YSL heels she was wearing were a bit ugly so they saved the day by doing a closeup of them (circled).
Daily Mail, you can shove your sniggery red circle up your arse. Preferably with those two inch red talons you also helpfully enclosed within it today.

The are several DM links for Ladies' Day. There are 100s of photographs ranging from the some really terrible outfits to traditional tweeds.

Is this the article you are complaining about? There is a photograph of the YSL shoes. It doesn't say anything about their being ugly. They are very unusual and I can see why they would have a photograph of them.

Just wait till it's Aintree...

It was paper version I was looking at not online version. Yep Aintree will be more of the same but with the usual shots of falling down drunk women in short dresses.
