Words, clothes, makeup, hairstyles, patterns are all man-made. Humans have gendered these things ourselves. They have no real intrinsic gender. The rules of gender roles are completely made up. They only exist because we made them exist, so they can also be adapted or changed.

What could be more man-made than silicon breast implants and surgically altered genitalia?

Munroe is talking shit - Munroe and their ilk need gender stereotypes because if those stereotypes didn't exist there would be nothing to 'transition' into.

Munroe is only saying this to sound good. Munroe wouldnt be anything without gender stereotypes.

It's not just illogical and internally inconsistent, it's also completely fucking ridiculous to think that because you like to wear feminine clothes, you should be able to access female rights. If gender is not innate, and not innately connected to sex, why would sex based rights have anything to do with your 'gender ID'?

I agree with previous posters. Monroe's been getting in the neck for prancing around in a skimpy bra and saying all women are a fantasy.

They now want to say that that's not what makes them a woman. Because they've realised the sexism is so overt, it's undermining their credibility.

So instead, they are saying that the way they think makes them a woman, or it's an essence, or whatever. And the clothes are immaterial.

I often wonder how many 'trans' people there would be if stereotypes weren't so prominent. As so many, especially younger people..seem to be 'trans' just because they like stuff associated with the opposite sex, rather than have sex dysphoria.

I honestly do not think anyone is trans if they do not have body dysphoria. How can they be? If its all about skirts or playing with dolls or whatever..thats just..being a kid and liking what you like, theres nothing wrong with that...basically, what is trans if not dysphoria over your sex?
