Is it just me who thinks this is really sinister? Soubry has received multiple death threats already, WTF are her colleagues thinking feeding the hatred?

You’d think Jo Cox’s murder would have brought some change. Sadly not.

No, it wasn't like that. Nobody shouted. She said "I'm a criminal...[long pause] barrister", a few MPs chuckled and someone quipped "lock her up".

it was a joke that she setup.

Okay, that’s not how I saw it.

I was watching live, and I thought the pause was deliberate, and a joke.

The pause was to emphasise that she was a criminal barrister

The death threats and abuse faced by our female MPs is no joke though.
