Overview of Meghan Murphy's suit and Jamie Shupe's Twitter troubles. No new news for those of us who have been following closely, but good to see this reach a wider audience:

I still have no idea why I have been banned. No warning, no 'please delete this tweet' or anything. I have reviewed my last week or so of tweets and the most 'controversial' thing I tweeted (several times) was that a lesbian was a female homosexual. I can only assume this was picked up by their software and deemed "hateful conduct" it's pathetic and more important - homophobic (if this is indeed the reason).
