I hope he takes this further.
I don't understand where our universities are heading, it all looks suffocating and bleak.
Soon they'll start issuing manifestos, it's so fucking political.

He should apply to the National Lottery for funding. And cite the lack of research,
the importance of looking at alternative viewpoints etc that can help mermaids in their important work...

I hope he does appeal. This is a bigger issue than the importance of evidence based research around desistabce (not that that isn’t important)

That’s a very good interview. Very clear and cogent.

The fact that TRAs block any attempt at studies is very telling. If they genuinely were concerned about the rights of 'trans' people, they would welcome research. Block and try to discredit ROGD too, pretend it doesn't exist and anyone who says it does (even parents who have had a child suddenly declare themselves trans after watching youtube.) is a awful bigot,
