Sorry for the fail link - the gist is that the man was convicted even though the "victim", i.e. the women he was photographing, made no complaint. Made me think about the use of the term victim in that context - hence the quotation marks. In a sense we are all victims of that kind of offence because of the complete disregard for women that it perpetuates, which is why it's quite right that he should be convicted. I do indeed feel that my sense of public decency has been outraged!
He also says it was a "joke he shared with his girlfriend"! She must be mortified.
He has teenage daughters. Amazing how people can compartmentalise things - I'm assuming of course that he'd be furious if this happened to them. Maybe he'd just think it was a harmless joke.
