Looking for comments, it’s seems sensible but has placed pregnancy and maternity below trans rights which seems regressive as women make up more that 50% of the staff and student body

I think that’s probably based on the order they appear in the Act. People do it this way for consistency. I guess it avoids any accusation one is being prioritised above another.
