Won't be long until Friday 8th March and International Women's Day. What are people planning to do if anything?

I'm working on Saturday 9th when stuff near me is happening (East Anglia) Seems to be mainly ticketed events too from looking on Twitter at #IWD2019

MPs are usually back in their constituency on Fridays... There is a plan afoot in a group I'm on to see if we can encourage all the groups of GC women around the country to go visit their MP on IWD.... With a common briefing, and a common ask, and some common visual thing so we can have photos

Would you be up for that?

I've already been to see my MP twice but I don't mind doing it again.

Has anyone got anything organised?

I'm off to the Captain Marvel midnight screening.

Hoping it has a similar impact as Black Panther did.

Oh I’m sure the women will be nice and let the men who say they’re women be centred, as usual. Just don’t wear pussy hats or talk about actual women’s biology, you do t want to be accused of not being inclusive to the gorgeous, stunning and brave people.
