I saw that one. Tbh I think it's a troll/parody account.

Just to back my comment up further the account uses feminist prominently in the username and also an avatar of that popular red haired 'SJW' meme woman beloved by conservative and alt right types.

Pedophobia is the fear of children though 😂

Real pedos do exist on Twitter though. Watch out for "maps" (minor attracted persons) they try to make it seem as though they stay clear of children but at the same time e.g. mention how they babysit kids they have sexual attraction to.
