"Campaigners have called for greater protection of female-only spaces after a trans woman avoided prison for sexually assaulting a ten-year-old girl in a supermarket toilet.

Katie Dolatowski, 18, forced the girl into a toilet last March , ordered her to remove her trousers and told her there was a man outside who would kill her mother. The girl managed to escape."

"Aspokeswoman for Women and Girls in Scotland, a feminist campaign group, said the case highlighted the importance of single-sex spaces. “Over 90 per cent of sexual crimes are committed by males,” she said. “It is extremely concerning that in this climate many female-only spaces can be accessed by males if they simply state that they are transgender."

Elizabeth Burden is on fire! That's two great articles in the Times today...

For protection to be given to female only spaces and services, they have to exist. What we've seen is them being made mixed sex or removed altogether by a number of deliberate tactics that include removal of funding.

As stated previously:

Rather like Blair's negligent wish that relaxiing licening laws would of itself create a continental cafe culture, the move towards North European mixed changing facilities will not carry with it the social culture that goes with it to make it work.

In the lands of the sauna, there is mixed social nudity, but there is also a very busybody sense of public decorum. Complete strangers will call you out the second you step out of line and fail to follow the unwritten rules everybody is expected to know and observe.

E.G, scene in the Swedish film Kanninmannen where the pervy PE teacher enters the girls changing room and they mass like geese and advance on him telling him to 'fuck off! fuck off!'

^This. A million times.

Great article!

And what a fab headline, it gets to the nub of the whole argument.

Oh great:
Dolatowski had also tried to film a 12-year-old in another supermarket toilet in Dunfermline last February by holding her phone over the cubicle partition. (from The Times article)

We keep being told that NATALT and even NAMALT but the people who are like that have one thing in common. They used to be kept out of female spaces and now they aren't.
