Manchester Pride: has there ever been an LGBT article that doesn't reference dodgy transkid suicide stats?

I think Pride is now nothing like it was. Totally hijacked by virtue signalling corporations happily making a mint.
Good article overall, but the trite 'poor transkids' is sadly predictable.

fairplayforwomen.com/suicide/

Half of all trans school children have attempted suicide = 45% of a self reporting selected group of children in the best study (methodology not good) out there.

Hyperbole with suicide statistics is not a responsible course of action.

I wondered if this might happen... it seems a new, community driven, free, event for LGBT people is going to be held in Manchester Smile

Wouldn't get my hopes up – there was a similar “Free Pride” event in Glasgow a few years ago and it was even more militant about everyone believing in gendermagic than the official thing.

Pride isn't even a gay event anymore, it's been totally hijacked by straight people wanting a day out.

Allies are good, but pricing LGBT young people, students and those on low incomes out of the event seems to go against the spirit of what it is meant to represent.
