It’s a horrendous case and I was uncomfortable with it being used for entertainment but I’m posting in here because I thought is was a really interesting example of how grooming happens.
The separation from her parents, the telling her she was special and had a mission that no one else could understand, the way he manipulated the family and made it so that no one felt they could speak out against him for fear of being exposed.
