Why was it removed?

TopBitchoftheWitches · 02/02/2019 17:18

What did you post?

SmellsLikeAdultSpirit · 02/02/2019 18:54

I commented on the post
I'll repeat my comment carefully
My DC has a history of trauma which has impacted their MH. They have had eating disorders, self harm, suicide attempts and identified as the opposite sex
Not all at the same time I hasten to add. IMO they have PTSD but I believe they are likely to be diagnosed bipolar in the future
The behaviours are not disorders in their own right. They are symptoms of an underlying disorder and we are harming young people by not recognising that
We are not allowed to discuss this in relation to one of those behaviours

[Flowers

Sounds like my friends child

But i agree...one of the things you mention means that you wont be allowed to discuss it, well not without incredibly careful posting

There is a number of detransitioned/re-identified young women and men on the reddit detrans forum - many of whom are recognising that their desire to transition was motivated by trauma.

Might be a good place to lurk and learn? For your and your DC:
