They can't hijack this one. Please share widely!

Yes!! This is what I was talking about. It’s just a way to get a show of hands. Now 10,000 people afraid to speak (which should be shocking and is enough on govt polls to trigger a debate in parliament) can’t be overwhelmed by “but 70% have no problem”

SheelaNaGiggles · 31/01/2019 01:02

I can’t share though, sadly. I’d get fired/shunned/etc which I why a show of hands is important. I know there are a lot of women out there that feel exactly as I do and cannot speak. I’m normally quite mouthy too...

ErrolTheDragon · 31/01/2019 01:06

Only twitter user can vote, unfortunately.

SheelaNaGiggles · 31/01/2019 01:09

The last one got 10,000+ yes votes, so even with only twitter voters that is an extreme number that should cause concern.

BernardBlacksWineIcelolly · 31/01/2019 06:08

I have partticipated and shared

BernardBlacksWineIcelolly · 31/01/2019 06:09

and it sounds like there's a story here glinner - care to elucidate?

Datun · 31/01/2019 06:37

Smart.

Glinner · 01/02/2019 15:24

Sheelanogiggles suggested it as a way of showing there are many who want to have this discussion. I fucked up by including a 'no' option, which meant, of course, that the poll was hijacked by incels. Hilarious figures in the end. something like 68 thousand said NO!

oh and I also fucked up on this one by putting myself in the question and making it about me. I really need to count to ten before pressing send.

As if Glinner fucks up by making it about himself.

Whatevszz · 01/02/2019 15:43

Well done Glinner!

PositivelyPERF · 01/02/2019 16:52

Good man, Glinner.

MrsJamin · 01/02/2019 17:12

94%! Wow. It feels like we're at a tipping point where more people will be able to say "do you know what, can we talk about this trans stuff and the repercussions of it?"

JellySlice · 01/02/2019 18:04

It's quite funny how many of the comments accuse you of not knowing how a poll works. Hel-looo, this is not an opinion poll. This is an opportunity to find out how many people would like to speak up, not what proportion of people have a particular opinion.

Thank you.
