I found this whilst looking at the twitter feeds from the NZ lawyer thread, and thought that the good women of this forum may be interested/horrified/really pissed off about it.
The programme on Sunday 3rd Feb will be broadcast from Brighton (a very receptive audience I imagine) and will include the following topic - "Are women destroying feminism?"

I don’t understand the question “are women destroying feminism”. What does it even mean?

Well, I am just guessing, but given the location and the strength of certain groups in the area and the university's very strong LGBTQ networks, I don't think it will be very pro women - I hope that I am wrong.

Is this the modern day version of “women are their own worst enemy”?

feministfairy · 26/01/2019 13:20

Is it that modern type of women (with penises)? Is that the issue (hopeful)

RepealTheGRA · 26/01/2019 13:26

I can’t wait for the follow ups!

‘Are working class people destroying the labour party?’

‘Are teachers destroying the education system?’

‘Are Black people destroying black lives matter?’

‘Are disabled people destroying the paraolympics?’

NothingOnTellyAgain · 26/01/2019 13:28

God women they're just fucking useless aren't they?

Everything they touch turns to shit.

Really would be better for everyone if they stayed indoors and just stopped talkng.

Is what it means I think?

What a fucking ridiculous question.

BoreOfWhabylon · 26/01/2019 13:39

Well, if it's being broadcast live from the University of Sussex, I do hope Prof Kathleen Stock will be speaking.

Knicknackpaddyflak · 26/01/2019 13:41

LOL

Oh dear. Second funniest thing on this board today.

Men take feminism away from women because it's become annoying and not all about them. Brand and market it as a wonderful, marvellous, shiny thing to be (when separate from women). Then try and bullshit the general public that women can only associate with it if they are good women who do what they're told and feminist the right new corporate, all about men way. Grin

Jog on loves.

ClaraMatilda · 26/01/2019 15:16

What a bizarre question.

What's the argument in favour - yes, women are rubbish at feminism, better put men in charge of it to show them how it's done?

NothingOnTellyAgain · 26/01/2019 15:32

I imagine it will be

Gone too far
Women in UK have it good and now want to be better off than men
#metoo has given men the sads and so they aren't backing women any more

etc

AngryAttackKittens · 26/01/2019 15:37

‘Are working class people destroying the labour party?’

I mean, they've been working on this one for a while, if we're honest.
