I’ve just read the first one and it’s chilling.
I would love to know if the judge that granted the ex unsupervised contact had ever sat down to talk through their reasoning for doing so to the mother, to understand from her how difficult it was for her to come across well as she explains and to apologise. Not that those words could do anything to help the heartbreak for her - but maybe knowing that they understand what went wrong and how they would change if they could do it again, how they will spread the message amongst their colleagues and hopefully significantly reduce the likelihood of it happening again would provide a tiny grain of solace...
Kind of assuming that they won’t have done though or even have seen the need to!
