Besides the offensive "afab" and cis nonsense, they are also making a large and stupid assumption that all 23 women in parliament in 1973 did actually menstruate. That is offensively personal and stupid to assume. They have no idea of the individual circumstances of those women.

Why on earth would they assume that 1) these people were 'cis' or 2) that they menstruated? What clues do they have to guess that these 23 people menstruated, and all the others didn't?
