I'm not sure, but it looks to be like lots of the smaller groups, mature students etc are all meeting in Manchester at the same time. Maybe the trans conference has been tagged on?

It's very sad if they've realised how hugely funny it was last year and have decided not to show the world this time.

That's almost like they've grown up a bit.
