One should also consider the motives of the people who have reported the account.
It will only be shadow banned following reports.
If your account has been shadow banned or subject to other limiting sanctions, you are not advised of this.

BTW bit of a derail - Glinner mentioned he recently discovered a setting where he now only sees the comments of his followers to his tweets, not those from non-followers, as most of the AWA abusive trolls and mob are non-followers. He says it's made a big difference to his mental health.

The behaviour of TRAs towards women is a demonstration of the mechanisms of coercive control.
Gaslighting, abuse and insults, shuttting down conversation and debate, isolation from networks. Etc.

Maybe they're just worried that too many women will notice how closely they match the Mr Wrong profile.

Previously even with the warning in place you could see their tweets; but I think they have now been stopped from tweeting as the account has fallen silent.

That's quite terrifying. We don't have any freedom of speech at all.
We might as well set up a government approved Weibo-type site and all use that.

I guess on a serious note this is what happens when the majority of the internet lies in the hands of a few big corporations. They police our freedom of speech according to what is less likely to cost them money.
