I can't see how it would be illegal to share this and I agree it's in the public interest. The worst I can see happening is a twitter ban. The person who originally made it public might face disciplinary action from the greens for breaching confidentiality if they found out who it was. I'm sure they've assessed that risk and decided it's worth it for the sake of the public interest.

Presumably there is the version that was produced before the Maxwellisation process which will have a smaller sharing list.

The original was finished in November. It's been passed round the Green Party til yesterday in order for people to remove things they didn't like.
