I don't think so - according to their website the pub doesn't take cards, so I'm guessing none of the apps that let you buy someone a drink would work.

Well Neale has made quite the prat of himself, hasn't he? People have also pointed out that that article he linked to was written by Cursed E, a nasty TRA who has been banned from twitter a number of times. I think they popped up in here a while ago too.

Update on Neale - the Labour party are reviewing his removal:

We continued with the decision to ensure that not only do we have complete impartiality but also the perception of complete impartiality during this period. This does not reflect on the professionalism of the councillor in question or any of their actions.”

Apparently, because he's only the company secretary it's perfectly okay for him to profit from sexual exploitation. Nice work, Labour - I can't imagine why women are leaving you in droves.
