I've just read this on the bbc news site.
I'm equally saddened and angry that this child wasn't given psychological help (unless I missed it somewhere?) and were obviously a Tom boy and probably gay (as identified by the school mentor).
I'm glad they are happy now but there are huge gaps in this story and I wonder if the happiness will last. How does his fiancée fit in with this. Has she happily accepted she won't be able to have biological children with them? Surely their sex life is not the greatest with an artificial penis. They are both still so young.
So many questions.
