And a few other gender critical messages too!

Barracker · 02/01/2019 21:56

She is ace and One Of Us.
I'm a fan.

ChattyLion · 02/01/2019 22:53

She’s completely right!

SonicVersusGynaephobia · 02/01/2019 22:54

She's become a lot more outspoken on this topic recently.

It's great!

SonicVersusGynaephobia · 02/01/2019 22:54

Everyone has finally had enough.

Mumfun · 03/01/2019 13:27

Lots of good tweets lately. You could not be any decent scientist and think differently.

ChesterGreySideboard · 03/01/2019 15:34

She has just posted this.

Oh, that's brilliant. So pleased.

OddBoots · 03/01/2019 16:00

She has been carefully posting about this for years, she was one of those that prompted me to actually think about things rather than blindly shuffle down the woke way.

AutumnCrow · 03/01/2019 16:07

That's very interesting, what she's written on Twitter. I've long admired her and that hasn't lessened. Respect, Gia.

Deliriumoftheendless · 03/01/2019 17:42

I remember reading her tweets (I followed Brian Cox) about 5 years ago. That was the first time I realised things were going in a direction that was clearly anti-woman. That was the first time I saw the threats directed at feminists.

Doobigetta · 03/01/2019 17:58

Putting two and two together (and probably making about 100) that reads like there was someone she was close to in real life who gave her a load of shit about being GC, and she has decided to dissociate herself from them and can therefore now say what she thinks.

ChesterGreySideboard · 03/01/2019 18:14

Either that or she was afraid of doxxing. She has a daughter believe so perhaps she was afraid for her but now she has better security etc.

Bowlofbabelfish · 04/01/2019 07:15

Good on her. Grin

hackmum · 04/01/2019 07:34

Doobigetta - yes, that was my reading of it too.

ChattyLion · 04/01/2019 13:22

Good for her. Hopefully she’ll be up for speaking publicly etc

SweetAngie · 04/01/2019 13:29

I’m glad she feels able to talk about it again. She was my gateway into gender critical feminism on Twitter.

placemats · 04/01/2019 14:27

I used to avidly read Gia Milinovich's wordpress postings all those years ago. Those postings sealed my gender critical leanings and I no longer felt a 'bigot' for supporting biology and logic.

Good to see the activity up and running.

Gia, you rock!

Ereshkigal · 04/01/2019 14:56

I looked her up after Paris Lees made a sneery jibe about her in a Vice article. Cheers Paris!
