Gender / gender reassignment listed - not sex.

Turns out I can’t get legal aid for my sex discrimination case anyway.

But I know lots of posters got councils etc to change wording on their policies to include sex. So thought I’d mention - I’ve complained and will do utmost to get sex, not gender listed.

Anyone would think there was no one in charge of this government for the last 10 years or so. Everyone seems to be doing their own thing/interpretation of the law

Thanks invisible - The civil legal advice website is the exact one that doesn’t list sex as a protected characteristic... I’m hoping they will change it.
