I don't know Jennifer and her views on people of her own religious class.

I do agree with her democratic right to take a case to court.

Personally I think Jennifer James is part of the general problem with Labour these days since other than the AWS fuss she seems to be as good a card- carrying Momentum member and Corbynista as one could hope find.

But aside from that, did no one at Labour Party HQ read that charge sheet and think "bloody hell - this is straight out of the Stalin handbook of how to shut dissent down. We can't send this out."

I mean really, did they see The Death of Stalin and think it was just a black comedy? Or not realise 1984 is an allegory?
