Am really disappointed, I live not too far away and had already penciled it into my diary. Am assuming there must have been a considerable number of complaints for her to feel she had to cancel :(

I'm guessing it wasn't just complaints, it was outright threats. Meghan Murhpy strikes me as a tough cookie but she has to be mindful of her own physical safety and that of the audience. Dreadful.

Thread I posted last night. The feminist YouTube channel that the video of Meghan's speech was on appears to have been completely wiped of all its content in the last few hours.

I however did find the audio a TRA posted of the speech so am reduced to posting that.

I don’t know about the veracity of this but

A Facebook page in Meghan’s name is also saying the same thing. That’s a really fucking low tactic by TRAs if it’s true.

She's been kicked off Twitter for "misgendering" a male person who wanted to groom young girls

A feminist YouTube channel going back years which had withstood attacks before which hosted a video of her recent speech in Kitchener has been wiped of years of content

"JY" filed a copyright complaint to take down another of her recent YouTube interviews

TRAs/MRAs have lied to the press that her Vancouver speech was cancelled
