I think I despise Layla Moran.

I really wish they had mentioned boys in girls changing rooms and girls in boys rooms when talking about safe Guarding

Procrastinator1 · 27/11/2018 11:56

Sorry my comment was a bit intemperate. I am really irritated that she knew the subject that was going to be discussed and whom with but appeared to make no effort to find out about the issue. She just relied about what she thought she know about safeguarding and on her ability to talk. She could have watched Michelle Moore's video or read something written by her. We are talking about the welfare of children.
When there is an actual discussion WH put the gender critical speakers on second to speak as they did with Kathleen Stock. The lack of quality of the tra advocates' argument therefore frames a lower quality debate.
I have now vented.

Layla Moran was peculiar. Very much about presentation, smiling broadly whilst speaking, sounds very relaxed etc, classic politics training. Find it quite frightening that she could be new LibDem leader. Her content was awful. Can't help thinking that she would change her mind if she really understood the issues, but I always think that. She is more entrenched than I though she was.

Michele Moore is an absolute shero! Always brilliant and clear. I loved her being assertive as I was concerned that LM was going to take control and get too much air time. Thank goodness we have the good ones!

Don't underestimate Layla Moran. At David TC Davies' recent debate on the GRA, when asked about sharing changing rooms with biological males, she was the one who announced that she could see souls. Evidently this woman has psychic powers.

'What is perhaps more important, indeed necessary, to a working prophet, is to be able to see deeper than most of us into the human soul'. Thomas Pynchon's intro to '1984' by George Orwell.

Clearly Ms Moran is such a prophet.
