Further letter from MP

As promised, he has sent on the response he received from the Minister for women. It doesn't say much, but it's something.

I've just received an identical letter from my MP. It's the last paragraph that worries me. Isn't it an attempt to end debate while continuing to change organisational procedures ignoring the Equalities Act. I think I'll write to him again about freedom of speech, hate incidents and the fact that change is occurring despite the consultation.

I got an identical one from my MP this morning.

I don't know. I maybe optimistically read it as 'we know this is a shit storm so we need to take time to work through it'. I'll be writing back to him about my specific concerns with regards to safeguarding next.
