How the hell do those men still walk free?

Seems as police would have it easy to just pluck them out of the changing rooms if they were so inclined.
So why is it not happening?

Surely there's enough (female, unbepenised) policewomen to not invade women's privacy more while arresting those men?

I attend aqua aerobics classes. You get used to the poor, confused men (it is always men!) who don’t realise there is a class taking place in the middle of the swimming pool and swim straight through the women (they never go near the men, of course!).

They must think we’re bloody stupid!
