AIBU I'm asking the police to apply the law when arresting men?

Since the Leicester Square transgender gang ... 3 blokes ... have been in court now .... and the media have stopped calling them "women" I've resurrected this petition.

It calls for Sajid David to instruct police officers to use the law provided in the Police And Criminal Evidence Act when arresting men for a crime. It does not allow for self-identification. It is being used erroneously by our police forces and it must stop.

Signed! I think this is less to do with trying to respect criminals' 'gender identity' than a deliberate attempt to skew stats. So many people are desperate to paint women as being as violent as men.
