I am very tempted to start following all the trans-rights, trans-inclusive feminists "rules" and arguments in all my social media profiles, just to see what happens.

Because there is an awful lot of self contradiction and nonsense in it where words no longer mean anything...

Melamin. The thought had crossed my mind as well re prisons.

Do it at work - in written communications never assume someone's pronouns (even if you know them as they may have changed) so write along the lines of:
"Please complete the form and return to Bob. She/he/it/they/hir/ze needs it by 4pm. Any questions direct them to it/him/her/hir/ver/them."
Mix them up randomly and add new ones ever so often.
