The amount of arguments I have where men will say some variation of "yes but exclusion based on the possibility of crimes being committed isn't fair to TW".

Using that line of argument it isn’t fair to men either - why can’t men apply to go to a women’s prison?

It’s almost as though exceptions in the Equalities act have nothing to do with women and are all about keeping ‘Whites’ a gentlemen’s club.
