Which schools is Mermaids in?

According to this article:

Mermaids "has a grant of £35,000 from the Department for Education to deliver training to 35 schools."

Do we know which 35 schools they are?

Can we find out what they're supposed to deliver and what they're bound by?

Could you do a FOI to the Dept of Education?
