So I read recently that once an organisation reaches 30% female across the grades, then keeping or increasing that percentage becomes much easier..it’s a k8nd of tipping point to remove bias and obstacles

Does that mean that’s in the uk at least, different approaches will be needed to protect the rights and support the opportunities for none white women? Because the none white population is relatively small they will always appear and feel different?
