Are men who cross dress for sexual kicks included in 'trans'?

This is a genuine question because I've lost track.

From what I can tell, the Stonewall definition of 'trans' includes men who wear women's clothes for sexual pleasure. Have I got that right (am genuinely confused).

If that's true, and if those men also claimed they identify as a woman, would I acting in breach of a law if I challenged them in a women-only place? If the GRA proposals go through I mean. Or in Scotland already?

I just want to be sure I'm right about this before I mention it to friends.

Thanks wise women

And I believe the very definition of “woman” has been changed in law in Scotland already. I don’t believe most people are even aware of this...the consultation passed with barely a whisper.

I'm soooo incredibly grateful for the women who have worked so hard and taken so much shit for fighting to get this into the public eye this time.

So many people I speak to had no idea this was happening, let alone what the implications are.

When something is pushed so far below the radar, I am extremely suspicious of what's behind it.
