Dawn Butler on the GRA

I can't do a clicky link, but has anyone read the letter on dawnbutler. org. uk. It is a letter to Penny M in response to the GRA.

Says self Id should be a simple administrative process (then pays a bit of lip service to pacify mouthy women pointing out annoying facts). It also quotes those suicide stats...

I guess this is Labours official stance then.

More unelectable by the day. ‘Opposition’, what a laugh.

Good grief. I am still a member of the Labour Party, but obviously very likely to resign my membership. The only thing that has stopped me so far, is the vague hope that women within the party might be able to assert some pressure and pull the party in a less misogynist direction.

At the moment I am still pinning my hopes on the few GC women within the party, but that hope is dwindling by the minute.

Are there any others on here, who may know more about the inner workingsof the party, who can shed some light on whether there is any hope at all, or whether it is now time to leave, and tell the party why?

It also talks about non-binary people. Can anyone point me towards accounts on 'how the failure to recognise their identities has had a detrimental impact on their work, well-being and everyday lives'?
