An opportunity to change the narrative.

Me but I don’t think I would be appointed somehow Hmm

Angryresister · 18/10/2018 20:11

Doubt if any GC lesbians will even be interviewed

Lettera · 18/10/2018 20:15

Isn't that discriminatory against non-LGBT applicants?

MadamBatty · 18/10/2018 20:18

I’d say they want somebody brave & stunning. Critical thinking skills not required.

idontlikepinkandimstillfemale · 19/10/2018 00:33

Self-identify as a TRA, because 'GC's are TRA's!'

Serfisafleur · 19/10/2018 01:02

"Change the narrative"
Holy fuck they DO want a GC person then.

Kayyyyyy · 19/10/2018 01:26

@Leterra lol

Charliethefeminist · 19/10/2018 07:02

Well anyone can go for it and say they're non binary.

Charliethefeminist · 19/10/2018 07:03

That means they've got two gender identity correspondents then, how odd.
This is not about the LG. It's all about T.

HandsOffMyRights · 19/10/2018 07:06

I wish they'd stop bagging sexuality and gender together, that's half the friggin' issue.

Charliethefeminist · 19/10/2018 07:20

I don't think it's an accident here, it's deliberate exploitation of L and G to get another T correspondent and more brave and stunning coverage.

If I were LGB at the BBC I'd be pretty pissed off. What, no correspondent needed during the whole same sex marriage campaign and debate? But now we need one? Plus we need special helpers with badges at work? bollocks. It's all about the T.
